Food lab

In order not to turn out to be just talking, and there’s nothing to drink and eat, we simply had to design the Varionica Food Lab in which we combined the best of food and beer. By collaborating with renowned people from the world of gastronomy, we create recipes in which beer is an indispensable ingredient. So far, we have greased our mustaches with dishes designed in collaboration with Mandrill Nano Brewing, Good Food and Zoran Vitas from Večernji list.
