Varionica is a craft brewery made up of a team of enthusiasts and professionals connected by family-friendly ties. Gathered around the mission of creating top and creative craft beers and cooperation with colleagues from the gastronomic world, we are constantly looking for new and interesting flavors.
Varionica has been awarded many times, decorated with flattering medals from around the world.
We joined the Croatian craft beer revolution at the very beginning of the craft beer movement, as early as 2014.
Today we are happy that we managed to arouse people’s curiosity and that we influence the increasing number of craft beer lovers on a daily basis. We are proud because we became part of a story that managed to bring beer back to the gastronomic map of Croatia.
Innovation, creativity and quality without compromise. From the selection of raw materials to the final product. Very simple. Such is our attitude towards the beer we create, the way we market it and ultimately enjoy it.
If there were no people, there would be no beer. The founders of Varionica are enthusiasts and pioneers of the craft beer scene in Croatia, Matija Mrazek and Davor Simičić, who managed to turn their long-standing hobby into this serious production story. As the story unfolded over time, they were joined by other enthusiasts, one by one professionals and strategists who, in addition to falling in love with quality craft beer, also share a love for their work and a shared vision.
All the ingredients we use are carefully tested and carefully selected for the production of our beers. All subsistence must pass our rigorous tests in order to be a part of our beer. This is the only way to ensure that we can offer you true excellence in the glass.
